What we know: Critical Questions

1. On 2024/05/06 a building "collapsed"  - Unknown reasons

2. By information received it "seems" that undisclosed number of contractors and contractor employees was on site when the accident happened - Unestablished information and speculation until proven

3. With regards to critical questions - 

a) Who was onsite - this has not yet been established.
b) What happened - in line with popular comments there is only speculation at this stage so no definite answer yet. 
c) When did this happen, with regards to when the accident transpired on 2024/05/06. When the initial incident transpired is to be established as of yet. 
d) Where did this happen, the accident happened on 2024/05/06 (George) as stated. Through the investigation it will be established by the proper authorities when the initial incident transpired.
e) Why did this happen, SAPAC cannot and will not speculate on this accident until such time facts become readily available for public knowledge.
